Barry Bain has extensive experience developed through years in the commercial real estate investment and finance markets working with a full spectrum of institutional and private investment companies, business owners/operators (restaurant and retail), major balance sheet lenders, and mortgage servicers. Barry assists owners/operators, investors, and lenders in developing comprehensive investment, operational, and risk management strategies in order to maximize the growth potential of their business and commercial real estate assets.
Due to Barry’s varied background in real estate and financial disciplines he has an unprecedented understanding of the restaurant and retail industry and is able to provide owners/operators with acquisition/disposition strategies, sale-leaseback/development capital, market evaluation/site selection, asset repositioning, and lease restructuring/negotiations.
Barry is an expert in his field, is relationship-driven, seeks to understand his clients’ short and long-term goals, and finds mutually acceptable solutions to complex issues allowing his client’s transactions to close in a timely manner.
Barry grew up in the Midwest, lived in Chicago for the majority of his career, but finally decided to move to Arizona in 2018 where he had graduated from the University of Arizona. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, has three children, and enjoys serving others in the community, sports, and the outdoors. Barry also spends his spare time as an active football coach (his 2nd career) with Arizona Christian University.
